  1. Make an eight figure with your eyes that control the physical movement of your eyes, trace the eight figure for few minutes on a wall and repeat every day.
  2. The clock exercise in which you need to hang a wall clock in front of you, start exercise by looking at first number 12 on clock then move to 1, 2, 3 and so on and after completing cycle repeat the same method anticlockwise till you reach 12 again.

3. Look straight ahead focus on your right thumb move hand and focus on distant object. Now bring left thumb in front and again focus on distant object, repeat this exercise 5 more times. Fluid retention is another reason of eyes puffiness when you sleep deeply because fluid gets accumulated in nerves under eyes, blink your eyes several times to dissolve fluid that reduces eyes puffiness and make them bigger.

4. Next exercise, close your eyes and massage the outer corner with tips of middle finger, first clockwise and then anticlockwise. Relax for some seconds and repeat for 3-5 times. Next exercise you can do is, close your eyes and press temples and gently massage them every day for five minutes that makes your eyes bigger.
